Set up dashboard filters easily with bulk tagging

Create client groups to support period close and advisory services easily and quickly.

What’s new? 

It’s easier than ever to group your clients and filter your Aider dashboards with custom tags.

You can now see at a glance on the Client Management screen which clients have what custom tags, as well as add tags to multiple clients in one go.

QUICKLY set up Aider to…

    Make it easy to monitor and focus on client groups you define.
  • Facilitate advisory analysis and spot opportunities
    Compare clients within your custom groups to spot advisory opportunities.

How does it work? 

Group and filter your clients by applying custom tags to suit your needs, e.g.

  • Service level
  • Who does the reconciliation and tax filing
  • Regions, offices, teams
  • Client who owns multiple businesses
  • And more!
  1. Use the Client Management screen to add custom tags to multiple clients in one go.
    Select the clients you want.
    Then use the yellow “Bulk Tagging” bar to enter the tags you want.
    Click the “Add tags” button to add these tags to the selected clients.
  2. You can now filter the Period Close Dashboard and Advisory Dashboard by the custom tags
    Select one or more custom tags to see clients who match all of the custom tags you selected.
